It's going to take some time to reply to everything in the thread, I see I missed some things.

I wanted to let everyone know we are back in business, and processing debit and credit cards. It took nine whole, grueling, awful, awful months, but we are finally back.

Glad to hear you are back! I stocked up back in September 2016 before we thought the DEA ban was going through, thankfully it never did!

I can't wait to checkout the site and new products, you've been hands down the best and most professional site to deal with, and always take care of your customers and we all greatly appreciate it!

That's good news brother. Glad you were able to get it up and running again. Hopefully it lasts.

I would suggest reposting this news every week or so. There are a couple of threads here about the topic of ordering hassles that would benefit from your news! Prayer WORKS (not preaching)!

We had a little burp that brought us down after I posted this. The issue has been resolved, but we're back up and running again. The website needs a little work, and it's a bit disorganized, but everything is the same as it once was.

Just want to thank Jeffery and his company Pharmacy Dropout LLC. Thank you so much for the outstanding product! I was surprised by the sample that was tossed in. Heard about your company at the VA. He was spot on about your product and service! Also,as a small company thanks for helping take a stand with the AKA. I also appreciated the email as a first time customer. I am sure you are busy...but that was sure cool to hear from you! I will most definitely order again and again. I will pass the word on just as it was to me. Have a great 4th...you helped make mine! Wow, such wonderful comments, I'm flattered. Yes, I like to meet people, I don't mind meeting customers when they pass through our neck of the woods, which is rare. I'm usually super-super busy though, and can only shake a hand and spend about five min. with them. I dislike how dehumanizing the online shopping experience can be. I feel like we're numbers, and not people, these days. I remember before the internet, people were forced to buy things in person, and shop in person.

It's very handy for a lot of us who couldn't get out of bed during those years. Pharmacies AND dairies delivered! Now Amazon has turned entire cities into agoraphobics!

I wanted to stop by after being gone for a long time. I want to update all of you.

1.) My wife, Tiffany, has been helping in the office a lot. You will be receiving correspondence from her now too. We work together in the office. You're essentially talking to both of us these days. Drop in and say hello, she loves hearing from you. Say hello!

2.) We're also trying to open a new shop in Grey's Harbor. It's going to happen, it's just a matter of time. We had an office back in Oregon, but we're upgrading to a store front AND a new fulfillment center. (Don't worry, we're still family owned and 100% family operated)

3.) My family is expanding into CBD's. The website will not host them precisely, rather a link would attach the material to a spin off of Pharmacy Dropout, which is to be announced. The issue, is that merchants won't allow 50 state legal CBD's to be sold along with Kratom. We also cannot sell a product with no intent on use, along with CBD, which has more defined avenues of end use. Essentially, what this means, is the family you trust, can help you with CBD related products soon.

4.) We have released SEVERAL new products the past two months. They include authentic Vietnamese and Thai Kratom strains.

5.) What I'm about to tell you, is in regard to our product only. I can't speak for other vendors, I usually don't see their labs. Our last batch of White Horn MD from Kali has a content of 3.8%, making it a new record high in our company. I can't speak for other vendors, but the past 2.75 years I've been in business, this new shipment of White Horn has the highest MIT content by a long shot. It's strangely high in MIT.

6.) We are having a sale this week, 10% off your entire order with the discount code "Autumn". This excludes 50 gram samples though, unless you're ordering more than one. In other words, the minimum order must be 30 USD or more.

7.) I started a new informative article, where I write our customers who are on our mailing list. Today's article, which I wrote, is called "Kratom Trade Secrets". It reveals some of the many trade secrets and other information pertaining to owning a business revolving around Kratom, including a little personal history about myself, my problems, and so forth. It's a bit personal and it also involves information pertaining to opening up your own Kratom centered business. It's worth a read. I suggest on subscribing to the material, it's best to receive some things from us. You may not read them all, but at some point, you're going to stumble across something of use. You can sign up by visiting our home page, a pop-up will show, where you enter your e-mail address.

8.) We are working with a cGMP facility to launch a new product throughout stores in the USA. This hasn't happened yet, but in due time this will happen.

The new Viet Mekong Gold was excellent. I look forward to ordering that strain again, despite the fact that I’m sure potency won’t be the same consistently, seeing as how that’s how it goes. But damn. Keep the 3.8%ers coming!

I want to try the new Thai as well, but red thais’ have always seemed kind of mild to me. Maybe this one is different.

Glad to see you back. I’m not so active either, excepting my posts on assisting people with alternate payment methods such as Venmo and BTC. I hope those have been helpful. I got some positive feedback on the bitcoin one, but yet somehow I doubt many have started using it. Despite all of its advantages.

I never posted the Venmo how-to video on my thread, but I will do so soon. I’ve been working a lot on the farm and two jobs trying to scrape by.

Anyhow, hell of a digression. Jeff, I hope you and Tiffany are doing well and I wish you the best in your new ventures. I’ve never had any experience with CBD. It’s legal in Texas, right? I know Dom from what used to be Hill Country Kratom seemed to think so. Man, I need to reach out to that guy and see how he’s doing as well. He got in a bad jam. Again, I digress.
