Hi KrakenKratom, I tried to place an COD order today on your site. I selected fedex,but at the Payment stage of checkout,it only said credit card/Check/Money Order??? what do I need to do now? thanks
Hey there, apologies for the inconvenience. We are currently experiencing technical issues with our COD extension for Magento so we've had to disable it. Unfortunately when we leave it active, it breaks our coupon codes which isn't an option for our customers!
We do have a solution though. If you'd still like to order, just choose 'Check/Money Order' at checkout and then send us an email, or update this thread and let us know your order # and we'll make sure to process it as COD.

I have also thought about giving you guys a try.. Sample options would be nice! Was going to use the memorial day coupon to try out the Ultra enhanced I, but the smaller portion was labeled sold out, while all the others were labeled in stock (of the same product)? 😕
Never know... You may find more/better customers with a sample options, (no i don't mean "Free", just samples that we can try for a cheaper amount than buying 50-100 grams, etc)

Thanks for your input and consideration! It's much appreciated. I'm not sure why our smaller quantities of UEI were marked out of stock, but that was an error. I've corrected it.
Also, regarding sample sizes. We're planning to add sample sizes of our most popular strains to the website very soon. I'll make sure to post a message here once we've got that implemented.

We always do our best to make sure customers know that the cut-off time for same day delivery is 2pm PST. This information is included on our: http://krakenkratom.com/free-shipping and in other areas of the website.
That said, you're right - we could do a better job of making sure that our delivery cut-off times are more clearly marked. I'll talk with our web developer and we'll work on implementing a clean-cut way to warn people about delivery cut-off times.

I placed my first order ever of Kratom from Kraken Kratom today. I am completely new to this, and ordered from them based on the price comparison and a few good reviews. I hope that they deliver the quality as promised, and I will update based on my experience.

While your payment hit the blockchain prior to noon, we do need to wait for at least a single confirmation on the payment. The payment was actually in our wallet (after a single confirmation, most vendors require 2-3) at 12:15 and so your order didn't make it out same-day. My apologies for this - there's not much that we would've been able to do it about it at the time.

Hello my name is Jerry. I ordered from kraken kratom and loved every single bit of the process. I spent over 100$ and got my product in two days. Was extremely happy with the effects of the kratom. The packaging was very cool and loved the smell of each bag opening. I made the red vein Thai and slept like a baby. I don't really know the situations others have faced, I'm just seeing very negative ones over bit coin shit. Then again I would be mad if I was promised a discount and didn't get it. But for me no problems here a very happy customer who will continue to shop with them.

Any vendor would bend over backward for return business, given a chance, especially in this climate, where vendors are practically outnumbering consumers! Slander won't HELP anything, and will not get you much service, either. Thank you for taking the time to share the cup half full side of life via your recent experience. Like Kristen would say, the most CURRENT review is the only RELIABLE review in this evolving business! Unless you hire a hearse to carry your dear mother to her final resting place, and the hearse doors aren't secured, your hearse loses Mom on her gurney out the back door and heading backward in the road, nothing is THAT serious (that actually happened. I saw it on Judge Judy about 4 years ago). Just my opinion. Feel free to leave it. No need to tell me to Phuck off, 33thdumb.

They're the best! With THE best customer service!Kratom saved my life. It ended a32 year addiction. They're customer service is outstanding they've sent me a free bag bc I was not satisfied with that strain and sent my friend2 free bags due to a customs issue plus overnight delivery. I recommend kraken kratom to everyone and have even posted YouTube videos documenting my success. Look for Heather Gonzalez to view them. There are 5 videos. I've helped several other addicts using this tree. And will continue to until it's banned. Though I'm sure the black market will find a way to keep shipping to the U.S..
The speed in which the money was taken from my account and the three day shipping I paid for was honored. The product was sub-par AT BEST. No mixing statins or playing with dosages helped. Highly disappointed. Would not recommend spending your money here at all. Also took almost a week for anyone to reply back, they told me I must ship my unopened packs back to them at my cost for a refund. Well come on now. I opened each to try it and to mix and assess if my dosages were off. Some product was used. Oh, in that case they might give me five bucks back. Still gotta pay to ship it back to them. My question about why the quality was so awful weren't even addressed. DO. NOT. WASTE. YOUR $$$!.
Update: Kraken has contacted me and agreed to refund my $ via store credit. It took about a week but I have agreed to give them another go. They were very polite. I will update when I sample different strains, on the quality of the product and the customer service.
Kraken's white sumatra was the first strain It tried. At just over 2 grams it gave me an uplifting moodlifting aroma. I will say I was satisfied with this strain.
I order from KK quite often lately. I'm curious about everyone's opinion though. I ordered something from them on a Saturday night. I wanted it as soon as possible so I paid $24 for overnight shipping but didn't get it until Tuesday. I'm assuming that nobody was there on a Saturday evening to process the order and get it out for the next day, so I understand that. However, I did assume I would have it Monday morning. Yes, it's possible nobody is ever processing orders on the weekends at all. It's partly my fault for not taking that into consideration though I've ordered from kratom vendors on weekends before and had it first thing Monday. Is there a disclaimer anywhere on the site about not being able to process orders on weekends? If so, then it's completely my fault because I missed it. However, I think when ordering something overnight you should get some kind of alert that orders won't be processed until the next business day or something like that. I don't want to complain to them because I really do enjoy their product but I feel like paying what I did for shipping deserved special attention. Like I said, I don't want to give off an air of being pissed or angry - I'm just looking for some insight here.
