Gaiaethnobotanical must have too many customers already

I read some good reviews so I ordered from Gaia. The price is low but after i received my order, I was ignored with an issue I had. I was ignored three times but on the forth time, I asked about ordering again just to see where this companies heads at, and I got a response.." We open Friday". I responded once again, this time how i was upset and I got another response..." Sorry to hear that". He obviously wasn't sorry enough or he would have done something about it. Maybe his customer service might actually lie in the Green tea section of the store being they range from $40 to $125 per 16 ounce! So, if your new to ordering,don't be swayed by the low prices unless you are feeling lucky and want to take the gamble. I know I need to post this because the next person should know what is going on , especially f they are placing a big order.

Pretty much, he has too much business he can handle is what I was thinking. I pray our country doesn't betray us like that with the ban

I hate to see a company and its strains get slammed when someone has an experience that didn't go their way. Be that a Piddly grievance.

This company has REALLY GREAT kratom. Dan is a good man. I have ordered from them numerous times and each and every time it has ended well. They are stellar in the kratom community and have done what they can to bring decent kratom to us at a very decent price.

This is a really really pressured time for ALL the vendors. Just because you didn't get an email right away or they didn't say what you wanted them to say doesn't mean you have to come on here (And your same post is on reddit) with you MINOR problems. I sent him an email a couple days ago and didn't get a reply...did that stop me from buying more? I even got the wrong strain one time and he sent me out a new 8 ounces of what I ordered and I got to keep the other strain. It wasn't what I wanted at the time But I didn't go on and tell the community How horrible Gaias is just because he didn't reply or a minor mix up happened....THEY ARE EXTREMELY BUSY....All of the vendors are.

Gaias has some really great stuff. If you can get your hands on some that is left then I would get it. I personally got a Kilo of the Elephant, Red MD, Green Malay, and White MD. I have been buying bulk for a while now and I have bought from them many times and I will buy again...

So relax on these piddly grievances.
And to everyone else...If you can - try them out.

I am trying to return 1 lb of Red Bali - 2 ounces it is stale or old maybe to many stems it gets me sick in the stomach after a few grams each time of 4 times I used it.put in a request just now with a phone call to customer service will let you know how it turns out .(The other 2 strains I ordered where good Just that red Bali I feel is stale.

Oh man, sorry to hear that. You will prob have to get the white Borneo for an exchange. I heard that is all they have left. Too bad , the price is really good lol. The red Bali I got wasn't potent at all. My favorite was the gold and the white Borneo. That's good u got other strains at least to keep u busy . Def sign the petition in the meantime so
It can stay legal
