I just tried the dried buds too. My favorite is the kava , but I haven't experimented much with the lotus to know. The kava I used is the 30 percent and solomons gold . Let me know how your research goes

Hey, I took 2 grams of the blue lotus extract. It tastes pretty ok actually. I haven't tried Kanna extract. Let me know!

Do you drink coffee? Most people don't know coffee has a half life of 6 hours, meaning in 6 hours 50% of the caffeine is still in your system. 6 hours later, 25% caffeine still in your system. Avoid caffeine.
Did the blue lotus give you vivid dreams? I've been on a quest to find herbs that cause vivid dreams. Sounds like the blue lotus is worth a try...

Those ginger chews are hugely addicting! No joke, I bought 3 POUNDS of them after I got my samples. Gained 8 pounds, thank you very much. Great products, easy on the ginger Chews. I don't eat candy or chocolate. Those things had me HOOKED! Yumm

Weird. I got some of each from Mood and Mind and didn't get any benefit beyond nice flavor in my evening tea.

Hmmm. I remember looking at the wooden spoon recently & thinking it looked too shallow to hold a full teaspoon, & too rounded to level easily. If you have a measuring 1/2 tsp around, that would give you some flexibility & be easier to recreate.
