Wow, I find a place to air my problems with KC, and trust me if there was another way to take it up with KC I would, now seeing that all the posts are gone.....is polite constructive criticism on here ruled out?
I love Kratom, but I don't care much for shoddy service and outright more or less evasion!!

This is not the best place to handle customer service issues. The conversation had degenerated into unsubstantiated bashing of the company, based on assumptions of bad behavior, because a couple of computer glitches 1) made the contact form inoperable temporarily; and 2) reportedly caused a double billing.
The owner of KratomCrazy assured me that he had contacted those who had issues with his company and offered to refund their money and even go beyond that. He also commented to that effect on the forum in real time.
Ranting and assuming the worst about this company -- in public on this forum -- doesn't serve anybody. If you have a problem, try to take it up with the company directly; if, for some reason that is impossible, put a hold on the transaction or reverse it.
Until we KNOW that the lack of communication is willful -- and not simply a system error -- it is kinder to not publicly start berating the company. And you won't feel bad later when you find out that you my have jumped the gun to assume the worst.
The owner of the company was on here, trying to explain what had happened and offering to make the customers happy. He sent PMs to them to find out which transaction was theirs bc they hadn't left the transaction #'s. Neither of those who had problems took the time to comment that their issues had been corrected or that they had received an offer directly to let KratomCrazy make things right.
This forum is not capable of becoming a legal courtroom or a free private detective empowered to address business complaints. If you're unhappy with a company's service, you're free to say so, but the mostly one-sided repetitive bashing of KC had gone far beyond that, with some speculative accusations made about the morals and ethics of the company. That doesn't serve anybody's interests, so I took the thread down.
I would not call what I found on the forum last night "polite constructive criticism". Nor do I find it evasive to leave the accusers words on the forum when the issue has apparently been settled. If that turns out not to be the case, I'll be happy to bring it up myself.
Not that I want to go over again what was my situation with the KratomCrazy I will say I have given them several months to correct this, not days. been told refund was issued and have not received any as such. Was given tracking numbers that do not exist, ect. A company coming on a forum stating they are trying to make right does not mean they actually are. I think its important that people see how the outcomes are so they can make a judgment.
If I do receive a positive outcome I will be the first to commend them and say they have made honorable choices in the wake of "past mistakes". But as of yet I have not and do not think telling of my experience is "bashing" but informing so others can decide if they want to take the same risks.
Well Paul, you must have some reason for trying to protect Kratom Crazy, people take the time to warn others about this company's shady business practices , and you erase it, what a loser!

I have tried to keep an open mind about who is in the right side of this dispute, but comments like your start to change my mind about the situation.
It sounds like you have been more than patient in allowing the KratomCrazy management to do right by you, as they claimed they would.
Now, let's hear their side of things.
I respect that you have taken another look at the use of the forum to help try and resolve and issue and inform others. I am the last to "bad mouth" vendors as I want/need vendors to have success to help promote the safe use of Kratom. But I also think it is important for the community as a whole to help promote and inform of experiences with vendors so everyone can make healthy choices.
I appreciate you reconsidering a place to voice concerns and experiences. Hopefully I can tell about a positive outcome. I will not just post negative experiences if they offer positive ones in the end.

I gave the owner of KratomCrazy the benefit of the doubt, because I had no reason to believe he would lie to me. I took down comments of those who had gone beyond warning others and seemed to be assuming the worst, very impatiently, without giving the business time to make their orders right.
After reading Vajv's reasoned, calm statement about his treatment by KC, I'm beginning to think there is a pattern of abuse.
Refereeing disputes like this are not my job. I have spent most of the last 3-4 yrs working to keep kratom legal. I was just walking into this dispute, trying to be fair to the business-owner, as well as those who want to state a warning without embellishing it with their fears.
For that, I get called a loser.
I certainly DO NOT think Paul is a loser and respect the time and effort to help moderate a platform for people to discuss Kratom. Bringing awareness to Kratom is critical to help advance Kratom and educate to proper uses. I also think it is critical to help people have easy access to reputable sources. Its a tight rope to building a reputation and is a bit of a double edge sword. The more vendors that are out there the better. The balance of expressing concerns about a vendor does need to be available while giving a vendor time to correct. I agree some gave concerns that may be premature but I understand those concerns based on my own experience. I do not think forums are a place to discuss customer service issues, but when you can not get a hold of a vendor through its website, sometimes you need to get attention anyway you can.
I do understand why you took them down but I also think it was important for others to see that Its not isolated situations. Hopefully they did correct some of the issues with communication and I will be the first to come to KratomCrazy defense if they make good on what they told me, unfortunately I am skeptical considering my experience so far.
I gave them a chance. Now the forum will stay open as long as people don't just re-state the same complaint and rag on it.
Let's just keep it factual and dignified. I don't know how you can show proof that KC didn't send you what they promised, but they might be able to show the actual tracking and delivery proof.
Vajv is a good example of a calm, factual account of the issue he has and what has been done by the company to satisfy it (or not). That is useful info and I won't get in the way of that.
Hi htlee80, I have not been able to get a response from the site itself however I did have contact through this forum and they have said they have sent me a refund by check. Once I get the check and it clears I will post.
They have conceded that they were having issues with the system and have made corrections so hopefully they are on the right track.
i had made some small purchases with them in the past that were fine but when I made a large bulk order we had some problems that hopefully will be corrected and I can report good news.
I just ordered yesterday and there was numerous problems with my order. The coupon didn't work, the free shipping ended up being 15 for two day and I haven't even received ANY tracking info! I emailed your company over this and a notification that I got ( that's now disappeared on my order information page) saying there was a problem with my payment even though the bank shows you took out the money. Nobody has emailed me back! Please tell me what to do!
Let us know if your problems with them don't get resolved. If they don't, I will recommend to the manager of this Website to take KratomCrazy off our Approved vendors list.

I just ordered on the 14th of January and haven't gotten a confirmation email for shipping- and haven't heard from them here or in response to my emails. I'll post any updates though as soon as I here from them! Thanks
Just to follow up on my situation, I have recently received a check that I am awaiting it to clear. It took awhile to resolve but unless I have issues with the check, I can say they at least are trying to make good on my issue. I hope they continue to make advancements in customer service to help advance access to kratom. The more vendors that we have the better access people will have.
I might give KratomCrazy another try in the future. As of right now I am satisfied with the resolution. Unless things change I consider my issue resolved. Thank you to everyone who helped get in touch with company and I truly hope they upgrade the system to better resolve issue quickly.
I have been using Mood&Mind and have had good success with small packages. I have not ordered a large amount (which is usually when I can tell quality of a vendor)
