Legit Kratom Review

Welcome to the Forum Kraviour :-h Thanks for bringing this to our Attention. Some Vendors to put Additives in their Kratom. This is one thing that is giving Kratom a Bad Name.

We're sorry that you feel this way, but what you shared with us provided no proof that what you're saying is true. We have heard of false positives on drug tests and they needed to be sent off to a laboratory to be proven wrong. You said yourself that you didn't do that because it would have cost you money.

We test all of our products for verification, for contaminants, and for heavy metals. We would not allow a contaminated batch to sell to our customers.

Again, we offered for you to send it back for a full refund and for testing. And by the way, we don't use our own lab, we use third party labs. Not only that, we don't know what could have been done to the product from the time it left our facility until it reached you and while being at your home. We did not accuse anyone of anything, but it's a valid concern.

There's not much else we can say about this situation because you said you used all of the product and nothing can be proved. The situation is unfortunate really.

We are not putting additives in our products...period. You're more than welcome to stop in and see us anytime.

To add to this...you have sampled our products as well and never had any concerns about adulteration.

We are more than happy to come to a resolution with the customer one on one if he calls us during normal business hours. Not sure what else can be done, but we are fanatics about customer service and don't like unhappy customers.

It is a very unfortunate situation, trust me I took the full brunt of it. I'm currently in an ASAP program and that set me way back on my completion date. The fact I switched vendors and have since not failed any drug tests doesn't help your claims or reputation with me though. For your proof, should I have sent my positive testing piss cup? All either of us have is the others word.

Hope you’ve got a retest coming up. Sounds like a false positive if you’re not taking benzos.. Unless you ARE and don’t realize it. Hopefully a new test can be done since the product in question is completely consumed and can’t be tested. Sorry to hear this 🙁

We have hundreds of customers that take drug tests regularly and have no problem what so ever. It's one of the main reasons many of our customers utilize kratom. No need to get in to a long argument when there is nothing either party can do at this point. What we will do is discuss it with you further by phone in a civil manner to see if we can come to some sort of resolution.
