Also enjoying the Mekong Yellow and some wild harvest red Thai (actually from Thailand?). Oops, I bought that twice because I couldn’t find the bag I just got (found it). Oh well, poor me.
His picralima seeds (caps and raw) are helpful when kratom just isn’t cutting the mustard. And his corydalis powder is ALSO a miracle (just got it a few days ago)
No free samples tho. Times are tough out there. Free samples are getting much less often thrown in with orders. Or they KNOW I’ll be BACK, anyway. I suspect COST is behind the lack of exposure to new strains. Whatever it takes to keep the vendors in biz is worth it!

I spelled it wrong here. Jasmin brought it up first. She was RIGHT. It’s awesome AND an adaptogen - healthy for multiple reasons! Highly recommend PDO for that, but other vendors carry it.
It’s Corydalis, not Cordyalis.

I hadn't ordered from PDO in a while, so I ordered wild harvested red Borneo the other day and received it yesterday. I tried it out and have to say it is one of the best reds I have tried. It is probably the best red Borneo I have tried. If you are looking for a good red strain, I would check this strain out.

Samples, just haven't been going out with every package. They are intermittent. We should consider throwing in samples with ALL orders though. Hmmm. Thanks, Laurie. I should have my wife help me with a new project for this.

As for making sure everyone leaves satisfied. I've been a consumer before a business owner. I remember barely getting by in life, making minimum wage, before college. I didn't run anything and this gives me clarity as to what it's like to be a consumer of goods. I feel that online shopping has dehumanized things and some people forget that there are other people out there, suffering because of the mishaps of companies. I want to make sure that our company, no matter how large it gets in the future, that it treats people like people instead of numbers. I feel that this integrity gets lost in the larger companies.

My free sample comment was not directed at your company as a complaint. Just a simple FACT as I’ve ordered from a few good vendors lately and NONE sent free samples. Just a comment as to the state of the community vendors as a whole. I had a vendor email me today offering samples starting at $89.95! It’s a known fact (in my head, lol) that sending samples is costly to vendors. But it’s gotta be more affordable to add to packages already going out, as opposed to the expense of sending small packages out for little charge (usually a “shipping fee”). I always appreciate the true passion and love behind every single order. Kratom vendors are often SURVIVORS of enormous odds to start. The customer service in this community is unlike any other e-commerce industry - by far! It’s never lost on me as a thankful and appreciative customer.

Samples in orders received are the BEST WAY to expose customers to strains they would otherwise likely never try.

For example, BoMalley has been a steadfast kratom supporter, always recommending Red Borneo and other red strains (they are her go-to for chronic pain). She got some greens recently as a sample with her order. Yellows, too, I think. She’s only just NOW starting to discover the true joy that can be found in a good green. I’m sure she’ll get online to better elaborate (her use of the written word far surpasses mine!).

I hear you both, what we need here, is more free samples. We're going to try and give out more in the flat rate orders where customers paid for the special shipping.
