Was duped by a kratom vendor
I am in chronic pain, and began using kratom six months ago. What a godsend. The pain lifted and i was able to go off oxy. I tried a new vendor, who was cheaper. Boy, what a mistake. Kraton Caps not only did not fill my order, they sent me nine bottles of samples; and then when confronted with the error, they denied a mistake and claimed that is what I ordered. NO REFUND. I was very disappointed, as all of my transaction in the Kraton Community have been trouble free. I would be reluctant to choose money savings over quality, again.
Welcome to the froum Mareshan49 :-h
I'm sorry to hear about your misfortune. Feel free to name the vendor! A huge function of this forum is to praise quality vendors and weed out the crummy ones.

Kratom Caps was the name of the vendor that did me wrong. Alot
of fiction. Tried to put it on me: I ordered something
I didn't order, etc. So little paper trail when buying Kraton
on internet. I reported the vendor to USPS and BBB in Reston,
Washington.
I'm gonna go out on a limb and guess that you maybe searched on Google for a vendor. There are a lot of fake and phantom vendors that will come up, at least in my experience. I looked at a few once (before finding this forum), and felt uncomfortable. I believe I actually tried one once, and actually tried to place an order through one (I forget the name), either way, I remember 100% that I "checked out" after selecting my order, processing the item in the cart, providing my information, and got an Error after clicking "Finish Order"... hmmm yeah, it either Timed out or gave me an Error I forget... any how, all that information was obviously phished, most importantly the card I tried to use, and that card was attempted to be used Fraudulently less than a week later for 2 purchases for random nonsense, close to $150 for stuff I did not order (online, elsewhere). Thankfully my bank called me and made me aware ASAP, they alerted me regarding possible fraudulent charges, 2, they were kind of obvious and weird, and ID'd to stores across the country. They resolved the issue, I honestly had no idea at the time who, what, or where could have possibly gotten my information, than I realized one night that earlier in the week I tried a vendor from Google. STUPID ME!
So I would highly, incredibly highly suggest to only use vendors listed here, discussed by members, admins, and the vendors themselves who are approved... because there are a lot of phonies out there, especially if you are simply searching search engines like Google... they will phish your information out, and then try to use it against you... not fun! Good luck and I hope you find a vendor here that is trusted and approved!
If you gave them any purchasing information, bank, card, etc... I really recommend calling your bank and reporting those cards lost, or ask for new ones, you don't have to give them a reason, just say you lost them. There is nothing you can do about your name and address, but you can certainly try and protect yourself if you used a known name card to make a purchase, kill the card before that "vendor" goes out and tries to order themselves dinner or something across the country on your dime. The banks are really good at catching fraud and suspicious charges, but you can always proactively protect yourself.
Same here Cybin. After my Googling searching days I eventually found a vendor, who to this day I would still use if needed... they were just a little expensive, but I searched, read their name on enough reviews (also on google), etc... I'm still a little curious to why I've never seen them mentioned on here.. they were pretty solid and always came through for me. They may not have the best stuff or prices, but they always got me what I needed, 2-3 day priority shipping for $2.99 from West coast to here on East coast. KC would be their abbreviated initials... I don't like to advertise negatively or positively, and do not want to break any forum rules.
I am unsure how I ran into this forum, but I am glad I did. I have found 3 new vendors, whom I've all tried, and have been extremely satisfied with all 3 and have not had to use my original/old vendor.
The internet is just a dirty place, and it just shows that Google will advertise for whomever pays them $$, even if they are crooks, which is sad because there are legitimate businesses and vendors on there as well.
