Here lately I have been stopping the toliet up every time. The higher my dose gets the bigger my stools get. The last two days it's been so big it will not come out. I used a baby suppository and it hasn't helped at all. I at salsa last night so at the end if it I can feel the burn. This will be the most painful thing I've ever endured. I honestly think my autopsy will say death by poop. I strained so hard yesterday my eyes have been red all day.
Can I use 2 baby suppositories?

Frogs, aren’t you an adult?!
Why BABY suppositories?

Boy I have been there.

Strategy while putting them in will help. Unfortunately you gotta break up the clog. Using that suppository as a boulder breaker during placement will help more.

Don’t make any more salsa plans for later.

The real flood is BEHIND the compacted stool, so after you’ve shaken free of the boulders, don’t bother getting comfortable elsewhere.

Within the hour AFTER you’ve busted the compaction, be near the pot.

That area is extremely fragile, so if you or a loved one can’t bust it up, the Doc in the Box or equivalent will do it for you.

WASH YOUR HANDS EXTRA FREQUENTLY for the next 24-48 hrs.

I know how bad you feel.

You and I both suffer fatigue. This project ALONE will be exhausting. Be nice to yourself and rest during the recovery from compaction.

Also WATER WATER WATER ELECTROLYTES AND MORE WATER.

This compaction issue could be a sign that you are taking too high a dose, too often as well. That will further your fatigue by using large dose sizes.

Hang tough! This is NOT my first poop post/thread.

BoMalley has posted ad nauseum on the importance of colon management while using kratom as a tool. No matter the purpose of use.

Good luck and keep us updated. Seriously, we will worry about you...

Have a wee bit better day!

that's all we had. My mom brought the real ones upstairs. That has like 10 ounces in it. I feel about 75% clear, and for how bad it hurt I'm figuring the amount of blood is normal. Should I stay on stool softeners for a while, or you think just a little prune juice daily will help?

I’m no Dr or nurse or anything. I just learned this from experience.

When you’ve had that sort of rectal trauma, healing will be fine if you just continue with water and electrolytes more often.

You don’t want the area infected because you now have diarrhea!!

Hemorrhoid gel/cream will be helpful, or antibiotic ointment with topical analgesic will provide you extra comfort while healing in your sleep tonight.

So glad you got through that. What a relief!

Have a wee bit better day!

Maharishi Veda makes a very good Triphala tablet with no junk. Quality product. It can be taken daily for a few weeks at a time. Claims to detox at a cellular level. SO good for digestive issues.
Our household is never without it.
It is not the cheapest triphala, but I think it is the best.

This is all just a dream .... Gen Mondrub

Magnesium tablets seem to be working for me, but YMMV.

I honestly had no idea that magnesium could be harmful. I began taking it a number of years ago because I was waking up at night with cramps in my calves. The magnesium eliminated that, but also produced a loose stool side effect. Obviously, that isn't a problem with the Kratom. When and how often is it safe to use magnesium?
