I'm not trying to be rude but the front page literally has their phone number under their name. On the contact page they have 2 email addresses, phone numbers and their Street address of the company. What other information could possibly be listed. I am not mentioning any names because I a already did it more than I knew I was supposed to and caused some kind of drama for some reason, but It really seams like your just trying to find something negative to say.

My post wasn't negative at all.
If you read my other posts I advocated for Lu!! I was simply stating that kratom customers like information, such as what strains or vein colors are in a blend.

Idk which blend I got, whether it's "Day" or "Work". I was going to review all the samples I received. Some people were looking forward to reading them. Idk if I'll do them now.

Btw, I just checked the site and NOW the contact info is there. Yesterday, I was placing an order, had items in shopping cart. I had questions and NO contact information was there. It's NOW on front page. I know I didn't miss that!!

I've been a member here for quite awhile and have NEVER had a rude comment directed at me, and YOU were rude. That's not how this forum is.

You are new and have already caused problems. I suggest YOU stop creating drama.

I don't know who you are, I sincerely hope you DON'T represent the company. That's not the type of vendor we want to order from.

If you do represent the company that's really a shame. You should take comments like mine, as constructive and friendly advice.

I was being straightforward and honest. That's just me. I'm glad you value my opinion and took my advice in the spirit it was given. We had a great discussion. 😉

As you know, kratom customers are somewhat spoiled. We have a wide selection of vendors to choose from. Those that rise to the top have quality kratom, great customer service, and a website that is easy to navigate.

If you will bare with me this will be my last post at this forum. Lu simply offered all of you free samples with no strings attached.She was planning on giving them to the same people every time she received new product to ensure quality control. It's obvious that, that won't work on this forum. So Thank you anyway for your feedback.The website is the same as it always was and that information hasn't just been added how childlike to even suggest it. I was not being ugly simply informing you of a mistake that was made.

You didn't state that I made a mistake. I could accept that. You attacked me! You need to reread your own post. It was unwarranted.

Lu was very generous, I was most appreciative. Quality was excellent. Wanted to do reviews of each strain she sent me. I was the first person that welcomed her and responded to her post's. I have absolutely no ill will towards her. Perhaps if she could post this debacle would never have happened.

As for other forums, good luck with that. We're the friendliest, most respectful forum.
