When is it too much
I am burning to much I'm sometimes up to forty grams a day but I just can't seem to get the effects I want maybe I should lay off for a while but I can't picture getting thru the day without it any advice
Im pretty new too kratom, but with my immense amount of research, i can definantly say with confidence your going to need to wash out. Go 3-4 days (or as lomg as you can) and deal with the side effects and then when you burn again go with a MUCH lower dose. Like 4 grams..considering the amount your doing now. Ive seen over and over people saying less is more with kratom. Idk just my advice based on my research from multiple forums and blogs, good luck!ive heard phenibut (sp) is good at taking the edge off when your trying to take a break from kratom.
I have to agree with these guys. I would also suggest maybe you don't have to go completely without, you can lower your tolerance just by dropping down to only 1 or 2 grams every 4-6 hours for several days, then when your adjusted, you can bump it up to 4g or 5g. After your're reset, 4g to 5g of quality should be more effective then large amounts.
There are a few individuals who still need more, but in most cases less really is more, but you have to reset your tolerance.
You don't want to over do anything, be it coffee, vitamins, or whatever. Too much might be hard on your liver and your digestive system. Just something to pay attention too as well 😛
I hope that helps
Thank you everyone for the great feedback and I think I will try ur method miss plum
Let us know how it goes 😛
Well I haven't been able to stop completely but I have cut back and I go longer between burns and it has helped alot I started Kratom to get off opiates and its worked great but I still have that obsession so sometimes I find myself doing it just to do it
