Kratom and Body wieght
This is not about body weight and the effects of Kratom but rather the effect that using Kratom like I do helps me maintain my current body weight. Before my accident I was about 20 lbs over weight. After my accident and 6 weeks in the hospital I was about 20 lbs under weight.
So I had to start gaining wieght but then when I caught up to what I had set has my ideal wieght, I realized how much easier it is to gain weight than to loose weight.
Since my patteren is to take my Kraton prior to my meals. My normal times are like 7 am, 12pm and maybe 6 pm. I found it curtailed my appetite, just slightly. So for the last couple od years I have stayed at pretty much the exact same weight. No gain, no loss, no effort.
I mix it with a combination od water, milk and a bit of coffee creamer, so maybe the milk is the real cause of appetite suppresion. I mean I do use whole milk 🙂
Anyway, just a thought.

Hey Pat !! It’s been a sec , I’ve found that with my kratom regimen, it’s easier to do intermittent fasting .. I don’t usually eat until 12-2 every day.
though some days my appetite tells me I need to eat earlier than 12, most days it’s not a problem.
So I totally agree about the appetite suppression brought on by kratom … can def be utilized to help maintain weight ….

I also eat the way Brandon does. Pisses me off that I’m not so cute as our mod is! And young! I was youngish until 57 1/2 now the battle is on to curb aging by trying to eat WELL during my one meal (I actually eat at 3 or 4 so I can skip another meal).
When I tried agmatine for potentiation, I got immediately ravenously hungry and all of that eating wiped out my kratom response. But we are all THE SAME BUT WAY DIFFERENT.
I’m just sharing due to meals and eating being part of this topic. The possibilities are infinite ♾!

Yup, one meal a day. Im 68. Coffee or tea with an orange in am and real meal around 8p. Im maintaining and loosing a little. Coming back from some bad health times. Using a great amino compound for bed ridden actualy improved my muscle mass. Up and around noW and still using it. Pretty amazing stuff.
