How much lemon juice do you add?
Or whatever it is you add for the acidity to help the extraction. I've read a lot of instructions, but they all are very non specific with the amount of acid.
I am also curious because I do add a splash (but not that much really) and I still notice I need to boil a long time. I'm wondering if I added more lemon, if it would allow me to boil less time.
