What you have to do is go to his website which is http://www.serenitybotanicals.com and at the top of the page it will say you can create an account. You MUST create an account and include your address otherwise we have no way to know where to ship your sample! Once you create an account you can go in and search the words free sample. It will pop up, you click on the free sample and then put in the number 1 under the quantity And proceed to checkout like you normally would any other website. It will walk you through the rest and it will not charge anything and will not ask for any credit card information. It will just automatically send an order to Jeff with your address so that he can get a sample out to you! That easy! There are a few guidelines to this so I'm going to list them below
1- You must not have received any Kratom from Serenity Botanicals at any point whether it be a contest winning OR an order.... this is for NEW customers only.
2- You are only allowed ONE sample per household. That means if you have two people in your house who have not tried Jeff's Kratom, we are only able to send one sample to your house. All of this stuff is electronic so it will pop up and notify Jeff if more than one address has been entered twice.
3- We are only giving away 100 samples. That's all Jeff has available at the moment made up so once the hundred people have signed up and ordered their sample I will make a post stating that the offer is now over. We will try to be able to do something like this again as soon as possible.
4 and Lastly, all paid orders and contest winnings will be shipped BEFORE the samples. Jeff is going to try to get them out as soon as possible and he truly does have lightning fast shipping, however he does have a full-time job aside from this business and if he gets busy with paid orders and contest winnings that day, your sample may not go out right away. We just want everybody to be clear on that. This is 100 extra envelopes he's going to have to send out so it's going to take a little time. Please do not message asking where your free sample is.
