Q: What year did you begin?
A: We began our company in March of 2018.Q: What was your motivation for starting your company?
A: As we are strong advocates for Kratom, we saw that the other companies operating in Canada were dropping the ball in so many ways. Dealing with any online vendor felt extremely sketchy and it was almost impossible to get good, consistent service and treated like a human being and not an order number. As we are passionate about helping people, we saw the opportunity to provide value as well as a personalized experience for Canadian kratom enthusiasts.Q: What are your future plans for the company?

A: As a Canadian Company, there are no regulatory bodies in place governing our industry. This can be very scary as most companies just put in place what they feel is good enough. Here at BC Kratom we go above and beyond. Although we are not certified by the AKA (American Kratom Association) we follow their guidelines for storing, testing, as well as packing all our products. We even have a food grade clean room with HEPA air filtration Units that we use to handle all our products. Each shipment of kratom is also lab tested at Murrey-Brown Laboratories in the USA to make sure that it is of the highest quality and free from contaminants. It is extremely important to us that we provide a safe, as well as contaminant free product for all our customers. Even when it comes to our suppliers, we have an extremely detailed process for them to go through in order to partner with us in business.
