We’ve been in business since 2014.

What was the motivation for starting your company?

After discovering this wonder leaf (Helped me quit pain meds), I wanted to make this leaf available & affordable to everyone. Back in 2014 Kratom was very expensive and there were only a handful of vendors, so I wanted to help by offering a great product at affordable prices.

What are your future plans for your company?

Instead of just focusing on growth and expansion, I want to take a different approach and focus on building long-lasting relationships with our customers. Still have great products at reasonable prices but more focused on the customer service aspect of the business.

What separates your company from others?

We’ve been a reputable company since 2014 that truly values our customers. We’ll go out of our way to make sure our customers are 100% satisfied. We were also a significant contributor working directly with the American Kratom Association in the effort to stop the FDA & DEA from banning our leaf (Back when the AKA belonged to Paul Kemp and Susan Ash).

What are your top 5 products and why?

Emerald Borneo, Plantation Maeng Da, White Indo Maeng Da, Red Kali, Green Bali & Green Thai Maeng Da. These are and have been some of our customers favorites & best sellers. We always make sure that our quality is consistent and have been using our same suppliers since we started in 2014.

What specials do you offer?

We always do monthly sales and sometimes day-long flash sales where product can be as much as 40% off. We also offer our long-time loyal customers (5 years or more) a permanent 25% off “HB&M VIP” discount code on all our products (Can be combined with other coupons or discounts). Right now, we have Green Maeng Da kgs for $65 (previous lot)

Tell us more about your customer service?

That’s where we excel. We are known for our great customer service and our customers know that they we will take good care of them. We won’t be happy until our customer is 100% completely satisfied or their money back. To me, great customer service is one if not the most important aspect of our business.

Are you cGMP certified?

We currently are not cGMP certified but hope to be so in the near future.

Unfortunately, we have not.
