Q: What year did you begin? A: 2016
Q: What was your motivation for starting your company?
A: Found out about the amazing benefits of the plant and knew it was something people could benefit from as well. We wanted more people to have easy access to this all natural product and not have to order online with no in person communication so we opened a kratom only retail shop.
Q: What are your future plans for the company?
A:o continue to grow and expand within the industry. Hopefully expand our retail store presence in our home state of Ohio, but want to follow the state regulations, which make kratom difficult to sell.
Q: What separates your company from others like yours?
A: We were the first brick and mortar kratom only store in the state of Ohio.
Q: What are your top 5 products and why?
A: They vary constantly but popular strains tend to be Super Maeng Da, Super Green Malay, Green Maeng Da, Super White, and Red Bali.
Q: What specials do you offer? A: First time customers that visit our retail locations receive a free oz with any purchase.
Q: Tell us more about your customer service?
A: We are customer facing retail stores so we pride ourselves on our customer service. We always want people to leave happy and with the information they were looking for.
Q: Are your cGMP certified?
A:We are located in the state of Ohio, which currently has very strict rules on how kratom can be sold and marketed. Kratom in Ohio can’t even have the FDA warning label on it making it impossible at this time to be approved as a GMP Certified with the AKA.
