Organic Elements, LLC: Kratom is very helpful for many people and many different reasons. Over the time the company has been selling Kratom, we have seen a rise in the use of it, know that we have helped many people, have suffered through the ire of the those that oppose it, have lost bank accounts, merchant accounts, PayPal, and platforms like Ebay, Bonanza and Amazon, just because we sell Kratom. I am hoping that someday soon, the entities that are against it will see the benefits of it, and let it become mainstream. Thanks to the American Kratom Association, other grass root organizations, many people in government positions that support the Kratom Protection Act, and all the people that stand up for their rights to have a natural product to help them get through the day, are helping for that day to come. |

Q: What year did you begin?
A: I began using Kratom so long ago that I really do not remember the year. I have been selling Kratom for almost just as long. I would guess somewhere around 13 years ago.
Q: What was your motivation for starting your company?
A: Having been using different pain killers for quite sometime, when I was introduced to Kratom, I found out how beneficial it was to get off the pharmaceuticals and use a natural product to help. After using it for several years, and having a route selling products to smoke shops, someone that knew me asked if I would add Kratom to what I was already selling. I agreed. After selling to smoke shops for many years, I quit and moved to Panama for a job, for what was supposed to be a long time. After 2 months, I was back home. I was still using Kratom at the time so I found some farmers in Indonesia and started buying direct. At this point I started school to get my PhD in Holistic and Nutritional Health. I also needed to work and didn’t want to get back into the smoke shop business. Yet, working a regular job was too hard on me and cut into my study time. Once I got a good supplier, I married what I was learning about health with what I knew about Kratom so I opened an online store. At that time, I was able to help a lot of people with their health issues and guide them to the “strain” that would help them the most. Then it got very personal with the interaction I had with my customers and how I was able to help them. Hearing stories about how one lady was able to go back to work after 3 years because of Kratom, and another guy that now could work after an industrial accident that almost cut off his thumb, and many others, Made me feel good that my knowledge (and the hardships I went through in the learning) could be so beneficial to those I came in contact with.
Q: What separates your company from others like yours?
A: I do not pay attention to other companies so comparing would be difficult. I would guess that the large selection and the knowledge behind the product would be different than most.
Q: What are your top 5 products and why?
A: Super Red, Super Green, Green MaEng Da, Trainwreck, and Gold right now are the top sellers. The Super Red because it is great for pain, Super Green, Green MD and Trainwreck because it is great for pain relief as well as a bit of uplifted energy, and Gold because it is a feel good strain/blend. It helps with pain relief, lift of mood and helps with focus.
Q: What specials do you offer?
A: Our specials range from 10% discount up to and including BOGO offers. The offers depend on the pricing I get as well as we use the offers to help keep our product fresh by rotating our inventory.
Q: Tell us more about your customer service?
A: Customer service to me is one of the most important factors of any business. When a customer emails with a question, I try to make sure that they are responded to within 15 minutes. When looking for information, people want the information now, and unfortunately, it seems that most companies on the internet (I am referring to all companies not Kratom companies, do not seem to respond to emails at all. It is annoying. Orders are very typically sent the same day if ordered before noon PST. Most of the time, the labels are printed within half an hour of ordering anytime of the day or night. This will change to a later time 3 pm EST likely, depending on the post office hours where the business is moved. If a customer doesn’t receive their package, we reship and then work with the post office to get our money back. Should the pos office finally deliver the package, we then ask our customer to return the duplicate package or pay for it. Our return policy is If the customer doesn’t like the product, they can return it for a full refund. But we haven’t had to do this yet.
Q: Are your cGMP certified?
A: At this point we are not cGMP certified. Our encapsulator and bottler is certified. Once we move, we will have a clean room set up with a state of the art air purification system. The same type that is used by many of the big name medical equipment manufactures (just a smaller scale version) The equipment has already been purchased. Once set up, we will then seek certification.
Q: What are your future plans for the company?
A: I have expanded to the point of carrying every color and type of Kratom that seems to be requested. (I am sure there are a few more that I could expand to) I am currently working on the website to make it more informational and user friendly. In July or August, I will be moving the company from California to Florida and once moved, will be expanding the website, to include other beneficial botanicals.
Q: Tell us about any awards or certifications your company has received?
A: Honestly, because of the current attitude from the FDA towards Kratom, we keep a very low profile. So no awards or certifications.
