My name is Jim Sourek and I founded Top Extracts in 2014 with a few simple rules, make customers really happy, provide a safe and effective product, and never sacrifice on quality. What started as a small operation serving customers direct has grown to a large operation serving the health and wellness industry. Today our products can be found in many different retail outlets across the country, as a white-label product, and an ingredient to new products.

Our company supports the industry by being cGMP compliant, supporting different trade organizations such as the American Kratom Association, and fighting the legality battles across the country to help keep kratom and other natural botanicals legal. In 2019 we were the instrumental company behind keeping kratom legal in Naperville Illinois and I am really proud about that!

Q: What year did you begin? A: We started our company in 2015 Q: What was your motivation for starting your company? A: My motivation came from seeing how the product impacted people lives in a positive way.  It was daunting at first due to regulations but once I was able to get past that I felt that the company was going to take off and it did! Q: What are your future plans for the company? A: We are continuing to expand our online presence and we are helping younger companies with copacking through our manufacturing facilities.  In some cases, consumers are already buying our products they just don’t realize it.  We are the brand behind the brand. Q: What separates your company from others like yours? A: What separates us from other companies is our customer service, bringing unique products to the marketing and we are recognizable.  Our customer retention is absolutely the best, we’ve had some of the same customers for 5 years!

Q: What are your top 5 products and why? A: All of our products are great but our Red Bali and White Borneo continue to shine as the number one powder and capsule products.  I think the fact that we’ve had the same source since 2015 gives our customers consistency.  Our latest liquid Kratom product FLOW is gaining a lot of traction with our customers.
