A: We started Your Leaf Your life in late 2018.

Q: What was your motivation for starting your company?

A: My wife Megan and I have been in the Kratom community for over 5 years, and we met alot of friends along the way. We had a situation where we were on a facebook group and used one of their vetted vendors as did a bunch of my friends, well this person took off with thousands of dollars from all of our orders. After having that done and my knowledge of the leaf from years of my youtube channel philly kratom and knowing some very good farmers, we decided we would not let this happen to anyone we know again.

Q: What are your future plans for the company?

A: We are working on becoming GMP along with trying to open up a store here in Philadelphia. 

Q: What separates your company from others like yours?

A: Every vendor has something special about them in our opinion. We are very personal with our customers, they are more like family, they can call or text and we usually answer right away. We are a husband and wife team who love the leaf and love the people that support it. 

Q: What are your top 5 products and why?

A: Philly special, True grit, pepper and philly crystal are very popular they are our extract products, with house made extracts. The true grit is a process that I made and it is a very popular enhanced. Then Beckey’s blend our moderator of our group and very close friend suddenly   passed away a few months ago. She made a blend with her favorite strains before she passed and always joked and said it needed to be a new strain, the girl knew her kratom it is a fire mix, we just wish that it was a added strain for a different reason other then in memory of our good friend Beckey. Also our Green Cobain is very popular green mix that we have it is named after the late great Kurt, I get the question all the time why this name, one it is my favorite musician and two I feel if kratom was more known back then alot of great people that were lost may still be here. 

A: We have 5oz baby sampler, 5 different strains , 10oz sampler 5 different strains, 4 way split half and full kilos. We send gifts in every pack this month is is magic worms on a string we try to add something for the kids or the kid in us. Also right now we are doing custom scratch off tickets with every order and a Bingo card where we play live in our facebook group. 

Q: Tell us more about your customer service?

A: We are always available to help day or night Megan is always on her phone helping someone or chit chatting with a customer. We don’t just fill your order and answer questions we have become friends with most of our customers. Our facebook group is like a big family. We also help people get the correct knowledge when it comes to kratom , there is alot of misinformation when you do a google search. We take the time to answer concerns and guide them to the American Kratom A ssociation’s website where they can review the science for themselves.  Also we just started taking credit or debit payments, which everyone is loving but we also take person to person apps also.

Q: Are your cGMP certified?

A: No we are working our way towards that goal, we do follow guidelines, all our strains have testing right on our website.

Q: Tell us your company’s story?

A: My wife and I have been in the kratom community for over 5 years now, anyone that has watched my youtube channel philly kratom before they removed me knows my battle with addiction. I spent 5 years in state prison when I got out I met Megan my wife, I was sober, I had a job, a good life but the urges were coming back and I could feel myself slipping into old patterns. I had a short  but bad relapse, we started looking up natural alternatives for withdrawal , how I found what saved my life. We have both been a kratom consumer and advocate now for 5 plus years. We have been to hearings we have traveled to fight for our plant last trip was to Maryland which we spoke from our hearts all 30 of us that showed up and we won. We do everything we can to help keep this plant legal, even if our company shut it’s doors we would still fight for what we believe saved my life or saved me from a long return to prison. We are not someone that just tries to sell something , we are passionate about kratom and we care about the people who are looking to better their life with it or who are already doing so.
