What are potentiates, How will they improve your kratom?
Chamomile: is also a great potentiate that works a little bit differently than the others. Chamomile tea is generally used to relax the mind and body, so it comes as no surprise that it potentiates Kratom’s relaxing effects. Chamomile can either be used as a “chaser” for the Kratom powder or be mixed in with a Kratom tea. Just beware; it may not taste very good.
My favorite is of course, the Grapefruit. The Grapefruit enhances Kratom’s effects by breaking down the enzymes and making it last longer in your body. This means that, much like the Turmeric, Kratom users would be able to take less Kratom and still be able to achieve their desired effect. Grapefruits are also very tasty and a bit overpowering so it would definitely make for a great chaser!
Some other Potentiators to consider:
Cayenne Pepper: When using cayenne pepper with your Kratom powder, you need to make sure that you are using small dosages. Take both together with water, and it can provide a spike in the effects of Kratom.
Watercress: An ultra-hydrated form of lettuce that contains a cocktail of nutrients. Kratom with watercress can increase the effects of Kratom, but may not be the most noticeable way to potentiate Kratom.
Cat’s Claw: An herb containing similar alkaloids present in Kratom. Consuming the two together will potentiate Kratom and make the results last longer.
Akuamma Seed: This seed has a very distinct taste that may not be suitable for everyone. It is difficult to use in conjunction with your Kratom, as it is a small seed that needs to be ground before consumed. Its flavor is bitter, but provides a spike in the effects when taken with Kratom. It is not known to increase the duration of the overall effect.
In closing, there is a ton of other potentiators out there and some that have not yet been discovered. So what are you waiting for! Improve your quality of life and make the most of your experience.
