I'm new here. I've been taking for about 3 months now. There's so many different strains I don't know where to start. I'm only accustomed to gas station finely ground, green maenga we kratom. 60$ for 250 grams. Not sure how good of a deal that is. Anyways I'm looking for a strong white and a strong red ( without seditive effects. Could anyone help me out because the green isn't doing it for me anymore.
Side note- I have read it's not good to measure in teaspoons, but I take one and a half daily unpacked. So I'm guessing that's only like 5 g at the most.
Because I'm always tired. I used to be so energetic and active at work, I have sleep apnea and I'm always tired at work now and always half assing. I want my energy back.
Are you using a CPAP/APAP machine to treat your apnea? I am respiratory therapist and I work for a DME company that does home sleep test and sets people up on CPAP, APAP, or Bilevel devices. I have had patients tell me that once they get used to their device, they love it. One person said after using his CPAP, it feels like he had 3 or 4 cups of coffee when he wakes up.

Yeah I have cpap, but it doesn't really work. I'm trying to explain to the doctors that the apnea only occurs every time a have a sleep on set (moment I drift to sleep I jump up gasping) the pulm told me I wasn't a doctor. Usually happens for 4 hours until I eventually sleep.
The pressure may need to be adjusted or you need a different mask. Are you using a nasal mask? If so, you may be oral venting which means you are opening your mouth and the air from the cpap is escaping. If that is the case, you need to go on a full face mask.
It's a full mark. Pressure 15. No it's my air way. As soon as I doze off it closes, but only in the transition.
😕 If you are having obstructive sleep apnea (osa) the CPAP device should be keeping your airway open. Do you know if you are having central apneas. This is where your brain tells you to stop breathing. It could be neurological or if you are taking opiods/narcotics. You might need to be put on an Adaptive servo-ventilation. This machine adjusts the pressure breath to breath. Or a bilevel. This has two pressures. One pressure for inspiration and one of expiration. One kind of CPAP machine do you have? Do you know how many events/episodes you are having per hour?
I've brought up central and onset sleep apnea with the pulm. He said I'm not the doctor and I really don't even have it bad enough to need to use one. My ahi is always lower than 4, but I just bust out gasping right after dozing off over and over 100 times+ before even going to sleep. So obviously the ahi isn't correct maybe because of central's? Sleep mapper system one remstar auto a flex. I can change it to auto, but it doesn't really help
Good note on that. I'm also suppose to be taking klonipin at night. Do you think red kratom would be similar?
Red veins or most red strains may help relieve anxiety. I am not sure if it would be the same, better, or worse at relieving anxiety or relaxing you as klonopin, but if you can replace klonopin with kratom, that would be a positive.
Just an update. Kratom seems to aggravate sleep apnea. My numbers on the machine never go past 2.5 now they're up to 4.0. I kept busting out of sleep last night feeling like my heart kept getting struck by lightening. I hooked myself up to a pulse ox and every time I dozed off and woke back up my Saturation was dropping under 94. I'm scared to know what it drops to when I'm sound asleep. I'm a smoker of like 15 years and don't really have breathing problems during the day. It's just nocturnal and doesn't make any sense.
