If you took high doses and successfully tapered, what was your sweet spot?
I started out a daily 4g user then somehow increased my dosage to 36g-50g per day. At the higher dosages what was once stimulating became sedative. A lot of the positive effects wear off and the negative affects or more prevalent. Laziness, miserable, pretty much all of the opposite effects I started out with.
I’ve successfully cut down and tapered to 18 g per day (3 doses of 6g) and already the benefits are clear. I plan on decreasing even more but I’m curious what my sweet spot would be overtime where I could take as little as possible but yet feel the most affects for the longest amount of time. I plan on using hirsuta and stem and vein to help me as well so I can continue to have a better relationship with kratom instead of the once abusive one I've had. Funny how people keep saying "less is more", but the addict in me totally ignored that and had to Experience what that meant first hand.
So specifically for anyone who has had problems With Kratom in high doses and successfully tapered what was your sweet spot and what was your journey?
